Smartphone Operated
Our thatsmyspot extra-large smartphone parking bollard with auto-closing sensor, operates using a free app that you can download anywhere near wifi. You don’t need to be anywhere near the parking lock to download or register on the App. As you drive towards your parking spot, use your app to lower your parking barrier from up to 20 metres away. When you leave, you can either raise the smartphone bollard up again by either using the App or, allow the auto-sensor to rise up automatically after 2 minutes to secure your parking space again. Contactless, touch-free, simple and smart!

Do you have friends, family, customers or clients who need parking? No problem. It’s easy to share access with them through the free App. You can even specify which days and times they can park there. It’s the perfect parking solution for businesses wanting to grant parking access to clients and customers, valet parking, visitors and disabled parking spaces. Share access contactlessly, safely, securely, hygienically and touch-free.
Long-life battery powered
Your smartphone parking barrier uses a long-life rechargeable lithium battery for power. Our lithium battery gives you extensive usage for 9-12 months before you need to recharge it. And to make it even easier, our App has a battery health status icon which will let you know when you’re getting low on juice!
To recharge, simply take the battery out and plug it on the lithium recharger power pack we supply with the parking bollard overnight. The next morning just pop the battery back into the smartphone bollard and you’re good to go for another 9-12 months. Our batteries are tested in all weather conditions and exceptionally reliable and long enduring. Your battery will generally have around 2-3 years of battery life before it reaches its end life. When it’s no longer recharging, you just buy a replacement lithium battery. And that’s why we only recommend you buy the spare when you’ve reached the battery’s end life.
Is an extra-large parking lock right for me?
We’ve designed our supersize smartphone parking lock to be used indoors or outdoors as its fully waterproof. This is why you can use it in any application where you feel you need a taller deterrent at 550 m high to ward off those infuriating parkers. Do you provide IT support on the App?
Absolutely – yes we do! We will provide any support you need to help you set up the app on your phone, and on an ongoing basis. This is all included as part of our commitment to customer service and there is no extra charge for support. We also include detailed step-by-step instructions in the operating manual you receive with your smartphone parking bollard. And we are also here on the ground to help you as much as you need with your set up.
Is it easy to install?
Most definitely – easy as ABC! If you’re a self-installer you’ll just need a drill as we supply concrete fixings for a simple surface-mount installation. We would also be delighted to quote you for installation on multiple units or installs into bitumen.
Need building approvals?
We’ve streamlined this for you too! If you install our parking bollards following our instructions and with the fixings supplied, they will be BCA (Building Code of Australia) compliant. This is the key approval your building management or owners’ corporation will ask for. Simple, smart, easy and stress-free.
